Our company produces and consumes only energy that comes from renewable sources. The energy and heat needed are produced by a big photovoltaic plant and also by a forefront corn-based biogas plant that was built in 2012.

Biogas is a gas mixture derived from the anaerobic fermentation of biomasses that produces CO2-free clean energy. This energy source is totally integrated and in harmony with the agricultural activity. It recycles all of its products and by-products.

The efficiency of our biogas plant allows us to put back into circulation a big quantity of electricity thus feeding a virtuous production cycle that is completely independent of non indigenous energy supply sources.
